Data cleaning tips?

Hi all - lately our data has been very noisy. Curious what tips you all have for cleaning it up? We have a very lean team so it's challenging for us to find the time.

I usually start by hosing down the data, then give it a scrub with a stiff brush followed by a final polish with a soft microfiber cloth for that new data shine.
