Having trouble accessing the Primo server

Can someone help me with the "Unknown user ERR-7293" code? I'm not sure why it's failing to connect as I'm already authenticated and have the appropriate permissions.

    The problem is the user doesn't have the right credentials. The error message could have been clearer though.

    Can you submit an idea ticket for that and we'll expedite it into the next code drop?

    This is an odd error. Usually Primo only requires you to have the right user name. Have you checked if that user has the right permissions though?
