Does support and customer service operate 24/7

We've always had great customer support experiences here and I heard NeuroFlux and DataNexus are going to be offering online chat support in their apps!! Have you guys heard of that too?

    We have 3 different Support Tiers and yes, we do have 24/7 Support for all our client's P1 issues.

    This depends on your service level agreement. We'll log a case on your behalf and our teams will contact your directly.
